Right now I’m blogging from my room in the Hillton Hotel in Cleveland, OH. I must say that this trip has been just incredible, maybe because I’m hanging out with very cool people (my sister en her husband).

Tomorrow we’re going to The Cure’s concert here in Cleveland! That’s why we are here. What else? I don’t know… Pictures? Comming soon.

Tomorrow, by this time I’ll be flying to the United States. Right now I’m checking that my luggage is OK and all that things… I don’t know if I could blog for the next 12 days, but I’ll try. I’ll try to blog something and upload some pictures (and e-mail you to earn those kisses!). Anyway, I’ll micro-blog via twitter, so you can follow my updates from here.

I don’t know what the hell I’m gonna do while I’m flying. Lucky me, some very special girl lend me a book called Brooklyn Follies, so I’ll be reading.

I got them. Yep, I got the tickets. I’ll be flying to the States on June 16th and I’ll be back (TM) on June 28th. If you wanna wish me luck, you can go to the airport on June 16th around 16.00 Chilean time (it’s Delta) and wish me luck there, say good bye with a white handkerchief or something… If you can’t go to the airport leave a comment, send an e-mail, buy me a beer, twitter me, etc…

As you may know, I’ve a lot of free time so I decided to find something cool to put into my blackberry. Few months ago I found a client for ssh connections called MidpSSH. I downloaded it and installed on the blackberry, but when I was ready to start using it I got an “Invalid Tunnel Name” error, so I googled for the answer and I found it, obviously…

Well, if you are having the same problem, open up your blackberry’s options menu, then go to advanced options and finally to TCP options. There you will fins a field called APN. If you are in Chile and your provider is Movistar you must use:

• APN: web.tmovil.cl
  
• Username: web
• Password: web

If you are somewhere else, go to this link to find you provider’s APN values.

WordPress has just released the 2.5 version of, obviously, wordpress. I’m not the best tester ever, so the only thing I can say (from the moment) is about the look and feel: It’s cute

I hope the wordpress’ guys solved that thing about planets and rss…

Few minutes ago, I was reading at how stuff works about how firewalls works, and I think there’s something wrong there…

“A firewall is simply a program or hardware device (…)”

How could a “hardware device” work without a software or program inside? Does the real hardware firewalls exist? I don’t think so…

Yep. I’m just insane. I’m not a psychologist or something but I can say that I AM INSANE. Why? Well, because I’m just saying that! No, the reason: It’s almost half past 2 (a.k.a. 2:30) AM. Tomorrow I’ve to work “at” 9.00 CLT, but I don’t wanna work because I’m tired!

All the things that tomorrow should be done are already done! The new server is ready, the firewall is working as expected  and… That’s it. Well, I’m insane beacuse I don’t wanna sleep and I’m reading something about “how google works”…
